Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 5–7 days of receiving your order.

If you need to return, exchange or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:

RETURN POLICY
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

You receive an incorrect item

Your order contains damaged product(s)

Your order has a printing mistake

Part of your order is missing from the package

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If a product is damaged or you are unhappy with the product please contact assist@uxfamily.us

B. REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
A change in size
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. The size chart is described with each product; we do not accept the return of products when the size customers choose is not suitable. Please contact us via assist@uxfamily.us

You received the wrong item
Although we double-check everything, mistakes can happen. If you received the wrong item, please send a photo of the incorrect item to assist@uxfamily.us and one of the team will follow it up.

You received a damaged/faulty item
If you receive a damaged item, you do not need to return it. Please send us an email (assist@uxfamily.us) with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. If confirmed, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If you meet the above criteria, email assist@uxfamily.us.
We’d also appreciate if you tell us the reason for your return so we can improve our quality.

C. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:
You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind” (we print on demand)

You do not use the link above for prior approval

The item(s) have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in a way that isn’t our fault

The item(s) do not have original tags

The item(s) were final sale or part of special sale events (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, St. Patrick’s Day, etc.)

CANCELATION REQUEST
If you change your mind and want to cancel, contact us within 24 hours after payment.
For changing to another item of the same price, contact us before production starts.
