This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Feel free to check our shipping at the following rates:

Free Shipping On All Orders Over $80 USD. Orders over $80 receive free shipping and are shipped with Standard Shipping.
Standard Shipping
Most apparel items are $6.99 shipping for one order shipped domestic.
Shipping With Insurance (Recommend)
The shipping with insurance option is $9.99 for an order shipped domestic.
Shipping insurance is a service that protects shippers from packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If an insured package does not reach its destination or if it is damaged on delivery, please email assist@uxfamily.us with a picture or text describing the problem with the package, and we will send you a new item at no cost.
The following will be excluded from our shipping insurance policy:
Goods damaged due to natural disasters or external factors beyond our control and responsibility.
Goods that have arrived in your mailbox but you did not take, leading to theft.
How Can I Track My Order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home. Please allow 3 – 5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If your order with Standard Shipping is still in transit 9 business days after the shipping date, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Order in Queue
After your payment has posted, your order will go into a waiting queue for 12 hours before being sent to a fulfiller. During these 12 hours, you can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order.
Can I Ship the Order to Multiple Addresses?
Fulfillers ship only to a single destination per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Shipping Country Restrictions
We currently serve customers worldwide.
Orders shipped outside of North America will incur an additional $9.99 USD shipping fee.
Customs Rules
Since all items are manufactured, printed, and shipped in the United States, the price shown on the website will be the final price, and you will not be subject to tax.
For more information or specific queries, please contact our support team.
Shipping Can Be Sped Up By:
Completing valid payment information (order by direct debit, credit card).
Providing exact shipping addresses.
We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender.
If you contact the final-mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Customer service is our #1 priority and we will do whatever we can to take care of you.
